Anahata Collaborative LLC (hereafter "Event Venue") and the above named vendor (hereafter "Vendor") hereby agree to the following: The Vendor will rent a space from the Event Venue at Anahata Collaborative LLC located at 2836 Lyndale Ave South Suite 110, Minneapolis MN on December 1st, 2017. The Vendor will rent a space approximately 4ft x 4 ft at a rate of $25. The Event Venue will provide electricity. The Vendor will provide all table, chair, decorations, cables, and any extra equipment necessary. The Vendor takes responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at their space during this event. Anahata Collaborative LLC is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during this event. The Vender attests that all his/her products are authentic and they are legally allowed to sell their products. The Vendor will not sublet or rent out his/her assigned space at any time. The Vendor agrees to abide by set-up and tear-down schedules and policies as detailed by the South Minneapolis Mompreneur's group. The Vendor will be responsible for any required permits, licenses, or taxes required by the county or state. The Vendor will not sell alcoholic beverages or items at Anahata Collaborative, LLC under any circumstances. The Event Venue is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes. In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the vendor will click the radio button agreeing to these terms and submit the form. Submisson of this form is a vaild signature of Vendor.
