Indulge and nourish yourself at our full day Urban Retreat meant to Inspire, create & connect on a deeper level with time for reflection during the quiet February months. This is a day where women can come together and immerse themselves in the practices of Gentle Yoga, Women’s Wellness, Collaborative Art, and Energy Medicine.
This one day retreat is like a gateway - an opening into the experience and truth of yourself as joy. It is an initiation to and activation of the joy vibration in your body and mind. You will be guided to remember and open to the joy that is already within you and move through any blocks that many be holding you back. You will also learn the keys to the gateway so you may access joy at any time.
We will do fun, interactive exercises to help YOU uncover your own path to Real Joy. Think of it as a take-away toolkit to learn how to cocoon yourself and emerge restored.
OUR IMMERSION DAY WILL INCLUDE:
Guided intention setting and meditation, including vision boarding in your own journal to take home
A restorative yin yoga practice
Reiki healing and activations throughout the day
Teachings on the fundamentals and keys to joy

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. We will have limited yoga mats at the retreat. All other supplies/materials will be provided.

Anahata Collaborative is a home away from home: A space which feels bright & airy, and fosters imagination, inspiration and creativity. In a former lumber building with 20ft high ceilings, and a huge glass garage door opening on to the Midtown Greenway (the bike/walking path which crosses the Twin Cities) Anahata Collaborative feels like it is in its own world with tons of natural light bouncing around the venue.
A prime location in the LynLake area of Uptown with other popular local businesses such as French Meadow Bakery, World Street Kitchen, Jungle Theatre, Common Roots Cafe, Milkjam Creamery, Moto-i, The Lynhall, Art Materials, Mpls Yoga, One Yoga, at our door step.
