Immerse yourself in the intersection of multiple flows.

2 x yoga practices / movement jams / nutrition sessions plus catered lunch.
So much fun to be had and space to grow and loveiness to share! 

Yoga with Lauren offers a fluid Vinyasa yoga practice with an emphasis on channeling a flow. Together we uncover, unravel and explore our many subtle layers of experience through
creative, intuitive flows that challenge expectations of what we perceive to be our highest capabilities. 

Movement with Laura Robertson will give you a taste of what movement culture is about and learn concepts to build on your own movement practice. We will develop vocabulary for a moving conversation, build organic strength, weave together basic to intermediate locomotion patterns. This material pulls from various modalities of gymnastics, dance, and martial arts.

Nutrition & Wellness with Colleen Lofgren, RD will include a discussion on listening to the wisdom of your body to discover the healthiest version of you. Be prepared to learn about your health in a way that leaves you feeling empowered and equips you with tools to be your own health detective.

All are welcome, but space is limited.
$175 per person including lunch
